VCS724

The VCS724 series of current sensor ICs are ideal for cost-effective and accurate solutions for AC or DC current sensing in automotive, consumer and communications systems. The device consists of a precise, low-offset linear Hall sensor circuit with copper conductivity. Located near the chip surface. Applied current flowing through this copper conductive path will generate a magnetic field, which is converted into a proportional voltage by the integrated Hall IC sensing. Current gradient sensing pulls in stray fields, improving accuracy in acoustically noisy environments.
