HK542

The HK542 is a Hall switch chip crafted using VICORV technology, featuring hall devices with temperature compensation, dynamic offset cancellation amplifiers, comparators, and output stages. This chip delivers current as its output. Its comparator assesses actual magnetic flux against a fixed reference value (switching point) to regulate the current level in the output MOSFET. Active offset compensation ensures consistent magnetic characteristics with specific temperature coefficients across various power supply voltages, and the chip exhibits resilience to the influence of mechanical stress on its magnetic parameters. Designed for industrial and automotive applications, this chip sensor operates in an ambient temperature range of -40°C to 150°C and has a supply voltage range of 3.0V to 30V, making it versatile for a wide array of uses.
