HK502

The HK502 Hall switch family, using BCDMOS tech, features 3-wire devices with temperature-compensated Hall plates, active offset compensation, comparators, and output drivers. They maintain magnetic reliability across voltage and temperature variations, even under mechanical stress. Ideal for industrial and automotive applications, they work from 2.7V to 30V, handle temperatures from -40°C to 150°C, and come in SOT23-3L and TO92S packages.
